The current recruitment drive is focused on hiring Back of House Associates for their Roseville location, including positions such as Bakers and Bread Separators, with a strong emphasis on weekend availability. Back of House Associates play a critical role in supporting the front-of-house operations by ensuring the consistent preparation of high-quality baked goods and beverages. The role demands individuals who are detail-oriented, adaptable, and enthusiastic about providing exceptional customer service. These associates are expected to take on a variety of responsibilities such as baking bread, decorating cakes, making drinks, and cross-training in multiple store departments including Bread, Cake, POS, and Bar. Training for this position initially takes place at a different location while the new Roseville store is under construction, with mileage reimbursement provided during the training period. Once the store opens, the training seamlessly transitions to the new location, allowing employees to familiarize themselves with the workspace. The role requires moderate physical activity including lifting up to 50 pounds, standing and walking for extended periods, and other physically demanding tasks in varying temperature conditions such as coolers and freezers. Applicants must be at least 18 years of age and able to commit to working at least 20 hours per week, with weekend and holiday availability strongly preferred.

Job Requirements

- Fast food or retail experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
