This position is within the bakery department of BJ's Wholesale Club, an engaging role focused on the production and presentation of bakery goods. The bakery team is responsible for proofing, baking, decorating, packaging, and displaying a wide variety of items such as breads, cakes, pastries, cookies, pies, and muffins. This position ensures the quality, freshness, and safety of all bakery products by adhering to company policies, food safety standards, and operational procedures. The bakery associate regularly manages inventory by unpacking frozen goods, rotating stock, and handling special orders, thereby maintaining a seamless bakery operation that meets customer expectations.
