Job Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- Ability to lift objects up to 30 pounds regularly
- Capability to work in a temperature-controlled environment including freezers and ovens
- Must maintain reliable and predictable attendance
- Ability to follow food safety and sanitation protocols
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment
Job Qualifications
- Experience working in a bakery or customer service oriented environment preferred
- Knowledge of bakery products preferred
- At least 18 years of age
Job Duties
- Proof all unfinished bakery goods and bake according to product handling information
- Unpack bakery goods from the freezer and display proper amounts based on production charts
- Maintain cleaning and safety standards in the bakery department
- Package freshly baked goods such as cookies, pastries, and breads
- Decorate special orders and case products
- Rotate and store bakery products following food safety policies
- Receive and inspect bakery shipments
