This position is responsible for a variety of critical tasks including accurate order writing using effective pars and planning, teamwork in completing daily tasks such as scanning and recording shrink, stocking, rotating, merchandising, and rigorous monitoring of all food handling and temperature standards to ensure safety and quality. Compliance with personal and food safety standards is mandatory, along with active participation in corporate meetings and training sessions. The role demands a strong work ethic, flexibility to work non-traditional schedules including weekends and evenings, and a commitment to maintaining high standards in potentially challenging conditions. Up to 29 hours per week with variable shifts between 6 am and 8:30 pm are expected, providing opportunities for growth and promotion within a supportive environment.
