- 0 to 3 years supervisory experience preferred

- ability to operate bakery equipment such as slicers, ovens, scales and knives

Job Duties
- create an environment that enables customers to feel welcome, important and appreciated
- deliver daily conditions that meet the company’s expectations for product availability, freshness, quality and value
- offer product samples and answer product questions
- fulfill customer requests and special orders
- promote teamwork by collaborating and communicating with associates
- adhere to all local, state, and federal laws and company guidelines
- monitor inventory and product quality, prepare and label products for sale
- utilize production planning tools to produce fresh products and reduce shrink
- ensure proper food safety practices and temperature controls
- execute product recalls and withdrawals promptly
- comply with safety procedures and report unsafe conditions
- notify management of accidents
- report safety risks and illegal activities
- ensure use of personal protective equipment and safety training
- maintain equipment safety and report hazards
- perform other job-related duties as assigned
