Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Culinary degree preferred
Minimum 1 years of cake decorating experience
ServSafe Food Handlers or equivalent
Able to stand for extended periods and lift 50 lbs
Must be eligible to work in the United States
Submit/complete background check
Have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Job Duties

Responsible for baking cakes, desserts and cake decorating
Must be familiar with basic textures such as stone, horizontal, stucco, wedding dots and palette
Must have a working knowledge of food coloring, fondant, edible images, and cake design
