The Bakery Assistant position at Bread and Butter is designed for reliable, hardworking individuals who thrive in a fast-paced food service environment. The pay for this role is $11.00 per hour plus pooled tips, which averages approximately $2.50 per hour, resulting in about $13.50 per hour in total compensation.
