- two years bakery experience preferred

Job Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent
- two years bakery experience preferred
- previous experience working in a professional pastry or baking environment is highly desirable
- knowledge of pastry techniques including dough preparation, cake baking, pastry fillings, and decoration
- familiarity with different pastry types such as puff pastry, choux pastry, and shortcrust pastry
- creativity and a passion for pastry
- strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- excellent communication and teamwork skills
- flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
Job Duties
- Properly scale out and bake recipes for breads, cakes, pies, etc
- lift up to 50 pounds while performing baking tasks
- follow proper cleaning and sanitation procedures
- multitask and work efficiently in high demand situations
- maintain consistent taste and presentation by accurately following recipes
- contribute to recipe development and menu innovation
- collaborate effectively with the culinary team through excellent communication skills
