Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
previous experience in customer service or food preparation preferred
strong communication skills
ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment

ability to manage fluctuating timetables, such as weekends and holidays
consideration will be given to individuals with a high school diploma or similar credential

Job Duties

Help customers by addressing their questions and assisting them in locating items within the bakery
ensure that baked goods are prepared, packaged, and labeled according to company policies
follow protocols for cleanliness and sanitation in work and presentation areas without fail
maintain an appealing display of baked products and rotate them regularly to uphold their freshness
follow the company's policy on food safety and handling procedures diligently
help out in other departments by supporting team members with their tasks
make sure to report any equipment or product difficulties to the relevant team leaders or managers
