Job Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • Work experience as a cafe/coffee shop supervisor or at least 2 years as shift lead
  • Availability to work during opening hours including weekdays, weekends, and holidays
  • Reliable, honest, and punctual
  • Familiarity with hospitality or food service industry
  • Basic math proficiency
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to manage and motivate a team
  • Keen attention to detail

  • Have hospitality or food service experience
  • High school diploma
  • Additional certification (e.g. in Business Administration or Hospitality, Food manager license) is a plus
  • Motivated and self-driven with enthusiasm about French cuisine/dessert and providing outstanding customer service

Job Duties

  • Warmly welcome and bid farewell to customers
  • Enhance sales by recommending our delectable French cuisines and sweets offerings
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the cafe with a total of 2 to 3 employees per shift and a total of about 10 employees in this location
  • Onboard new team members
  • Train employees on drinks preparation and proper use of coffee equipment, sandwiches and crepes menu, customer service and sales
  • Do the weekly inventory like packaging, wines, cleaning supplies
  • Ensure all shop areas are clean and tidy
  • Advise staff on the best ways to resolve issues with clients and deliver excellent customer service
  • Nurture friendly relationships with customers to increase loyalty and boost our reputation
