Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
prior retail or customer service experience preferred
ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
ability to handle physical demands of the job such as lifting and standing
willingness to learn and use technology
strong interpersonal and communication skills
ability to maintain a calm demeanor in busy settings

Job Duties

build rapport with customers
display a friendly and outgoing attitude through good eye contact and body language
respond to customer questions in an effective manner
stock product and maintain product displays according to merchandising standards
utilize technology to complete activities and tasks
follow safety and sanitation procedures to ensure quality service and products for our customers
perform duties in departments including meat, seafood, bakery, deli, grocery
