Job Requirements

  • 1-2 years experience producing artisan breads and pastries
  • Able to operate modern baking equipment including dividers, retarder proofers, sheeters, dough breaks
  • A willingness to support other team members in learning the craft including new staff and apprentices
  • Comfortable with manual heavy lifting when required up to 50lbs
  • Must have full availability and be comfortable to work weekends and weekdays
  • A trade culinary school certificate or diploma
  • A good understanding of laminating doughs and other pastries or the willingness to learn
  • Valid food handler card
