Currently, Busken Bakery is seeking a full-time Baker to join their dynamic team. The role involves assisting in the mixing and preparation of various baked goods, taking a hands-on approach to every stage of production. The position requires flexibility as hours vary from Sunday through Friday, with shifts generally scheduled from 4:00 pm to 1:00 am. Due to the nature of the business, overtime is mandatory on an as-needed basis to meet production demands. As a Baker at Busken Bakery, the successful candidate will be responsible for preparing dough by kneading and molding it into shapes, applying various toppings and fillings, and operating large-scale bakery equipment such as mixers and ovens. Compliance with Good Manufacturing Procedures (GMP), Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) guidelines, and company policies as outlined in the Busken employee handbook is strictly expected.
