Job Duties

Prepare dough, glaze and ice pastries, and assist with baking tasks from start to finish
Work alongside the Bakery Sales Manager to help plan the day's production and gather needed ingredients and supplies
Monitor oven temperatures and other equipment to ensure products meet quality and safety standards
Apply icing and finishing touches to baked goods and ensure consistent appearance and taste
Provide courteous, helpful service to customers by offering product information and answering questions
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace and comply with store and company policies
