The Baker's Helper role is an entry-level position designed for individuals enthusiastic about bakery operations and food preparation. Job Duties
- Prepare dough, glaze and ice pastries, and assist with baking tasks from start to finish
- Work alongside the Bakery Sales Manager to help plan the day's production and gather needed ingredients and supplies
- Monitor oven temperatures and other equipment to ensure products meet quality and safety standards
- Apply icing and finishing touches to baked goods and ensure consistent appearance and taste
- Provide courteous, helpful service to customers by offering product information and answering questions
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace and comply with store and company policies
