The Baker's Helper position at Albertsons Companies plays a vital role in supporting daily bakery operations, working closely with the Bakery Sales Manager to help plan production, prepare dough, glaze pastries, and ensure that baked goods meet quality standards. This role also involves assisting in baking tasks from start to finish, including gathering ingredients, following recipes accurately, monitoring oven temperatures, and applying icing and glaze to products. In addition to hands-on baking duties, the Baker's Helper provides courteous and helpful customer service by offering product information and answering customer questions.
