The Baker's Helper plays a vital role in the day-to-day operations of the bakery department within Albertsons stores. This position is designed for individuals who have a passion for baking, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and have a keen eye for detail. The Baker's Helper assists with preparing dough, glazing pastries, applying icings, and completing baking tasks from start to finish. Working closely with the Bakery Sales Manager, the individual participates in planning daily production, gathering ingredients, and following recipes with precision to ensure a high quality of baked goods.

In this role, the Baker's Helper is responsible for monitoring oven temperatures, maintaining the bakery workspace, and ensuring all products meet the established quality standards. Beyond the technical baking tasks, the role also involves offering courteous, helpful customer service by providing product information and answering questions from customers.
