Job Duties
- Prepare dough according to recipes
- glaze and ice pastries
- assist with baking tasks from start to finish
- plan daily bakery production with Bakery Sales Manager
- gather and measure ingredients accurately
- monitor oven temperatures to ensure proper baking
- maintain clean and organized bakery workspace
- provide courteous and helpful customer service
- offer product information and answer customer questions
- ensure baked goods meet quality standards
