Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- must be able to fluently speak/read English
- able to operate restaurant equipment
- punctual
- attentive to detail
- highly reliable
- experience in baking preferred
- ability to work indoors under regular restaurant conditions
- ability to work outdoors under regular weather conditions as needed
- ability to continuously stand for extended period of time
- ability to handle, finger, use eye-hand-foot coordination and corrected vision
- frequent climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, walking, reaching
- ability to push, pull, lift, and carry up to 50 lbs of merchandise cartons
- able to respond positively to feedback and direction
- adherence to schedule and punctuality
Job Qualifications
- must be able to fluently speak/read English
- able to operate restaurant equipment
- guest focus - anticipate and understand guests' needs and exceed their expectations
- passion for results - set compelling targets and deliver on commitments
- bakers must be punctual, attentive to detail, and highly reliable
- high school diploma or equivalent
- successfully completes all training including but not limited to Dunkin' Donuts Online University requirements, basic restaurant training, and human resource training
- on the job training provided by the restaurant manager and assistant restaurant manager
- experience in baking preferred but not required
- creative and able to come up with decorative designs
Job Duties
- Prepare and present bakery products and merchandise in an attractive fashion in order to promote sales
- maintain an exceptionally clean work environment and optimum output with minimum waste
- consistently bake and finish product according to standards/specifications and maintain a high level of product quality
- understand that the customers' experience drives repeat business
- promote food safety on a 100 percent basis by following personal hygiene directives
- maintain a clean and professional appearance at all times
- demonstrate a commitment to company product, service, and food safety standards
- communicate appropriately with team members, treating others fairly and with respect
- respond positively to feedback and direction given
- hold themselves accountable for their responsibilities on their shift
- adhere to schedule and arrive ready to work on time
- hold guests as highest priority and ensure each guest is highly satisfied with his/her experience
- respond to specific guest needs and resolve problems with a sense of urgency
- adhere to brand standards and systems, delivering quality food and beverage to each guest
- maintain a clean and neat workstation
- complete thorough cleaning of guest areas as directed
- complete all required training and support the training of other team members
- effectively execute restaurant standards and marketing initiatives
- prepare all products following appropriate recipes and procedures
- follow all procedures related to cash, cleanliness, food safety, and restaurant safety and security
- comply with all restaurant policies
