Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Completion of required training including Dunkin Donuts Online University
  • Able to operate restaurant equipment (minimum age requirements may apply)
  • Must be punctual, attentive to detail, and highly reliable
  • Able to communicate effectively in English
  • Capable of working indoors and outdoors under regular restaurant conditions
  • Physically capable of standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs

Job Qualifications

  • Fluent in English
  • Able to operate restaurant equipment
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Completion of Dunkin Donuts online university and basic restaurant training
  • Experience in baking preferred but not required
  • Creative and able to come up with decorative designs

Job Duties

  • Prepare and present bakery products and merchandise in an attractive fashion in order to promote sales
  • maintain an exceptionally clean work environment, and optimum output with minimum waste
  • consistently bake and finish product according to standards/specifications and maintains a high level of product quality
  • promote food safety on a 100% basis by following personal hygiene directives
  • maintain a clean and professional appearance at all times
  • communicate appropriately with team members, treating others fairly and with respect
  • respond to specific guest needs and resolve problems with a sense of urgency
