Job Requirements

- Experience in baking preferred but not required
- Able to operate restaurant equipment
- Must be able to fluently speak and read English
- Punctual, attentive to detail, and highly reliable
- Completed all required training including Dunkin' Donuts Online University and basic restaurant training
- Ability to handle physical demands such as prolonged standing, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working in various restaurant conditions

Job Duties
- Prepare and present bakery products and merchandise in an attractive fashion to promote sales
- Maintain an exceptionally clean work environment and optimum output with minimum waste
- Consistently bake and finish products according to standards and specifications while maintaining a high level of product quality
- Promote food safety by following personal hygiene directives
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance at all times
- Communicate appropriately with team members, treating others fairly and with respect
- Hold guests as the highest priority and ensure each guest is highly satisfied with their experience
