The Fort Worth bakery location near Tanger Outlets and Bucee's is currently seeking a Part-Time Baker to join their team. Job Requirements
- Be 18 years of age or older
- Available to work weekdays with flexible open-out times
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
- Willing to comply with food safety and hygiene standards
- Able to understand and follow directions in English
- Prior bakery or foodservice experience preferred but not required
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Follow proprietary recipes and cake production methods with precision and achieve productivity goals
- Utilize measuring instruments, commercial-grade mixers, ovens, and other tools effectively
- Prepare raw ingredients and equipment accurately, monitor baking processes
- Adhere to proper packaging, labeling, storage, and product rotation standards
- Assist Lead Baker in production planning and inventory management
- Evaluate ingredients and finished cakes to ensure quality standards are met
- Clean, sanitize, and restock workstations
- Comply with all health and safety guidelines and bakery policies
- Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality
