Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
previous experience in a bakery or pastry shop preferred
ability to work early mornings and weekends
physical stamina to stand for long periods
attention to detail
good communication skills

Job Qualifications

Experience in pastry preparation
knowledge of baking techniques
ability to follow recipes accurately
good teamwork skills
basic understanding of kitchen hygiene and safety
willingness to learn

Job Duties

Preparation of all pastry products as trained in accordance to Pastry shop standards
assists higher level bakers
other duties as assigned by Chef
