- Ability to start work early in the morning around 4:00 AM
- Commitment to food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

- Flexibility to work additional hours as needed
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience as a baker or pastry cook, preferably in a professional kitchen
- Strong knowledge of laminated dough techniques and bread pastry production
- Familiarity with various baking methods and equipment
- Ability to work early mornings, starting around 4:00 AM, with flexibility for additional hours as needed
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to work under pressure
- Team player with strong communication skills
Job Duties
- Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, breads, and laminated doughs, including croissants, Danish, and puff pastry
- Measure and mix ingredients accurately to create doughs and batters
- Follow recipes and adjust based on seasonal ingredients and availability
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Monitor and manage baking times and temperatures to ensure optimal product quality
- Collaborate with the team to develop new recipes and improve existing products
- Assist in inventory management, including ordering and receiving supplies as needed
- Maintain equipment and report any maintenance issues
