Job Duties
- Prepare and cook food according to recipes and quality standards
- Prepare ingredients including portioning and chopping
- Use kitchen tools and appliances safely and appropriately
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation policies
- Monitor food quality and portion sizes throughout shifts
- Clean and disinfect kitchen areas and workstations
- Report equipment and food temperature issues to management
