The company is currently seeking a skilled and passionate baker to join its Baking & Finishing team. This position is based in the 24/7 Production Facility in New Castle, DE, offering a unique opportunity to work within a dynamic, fast-paced environment where fresh products are baked twice daily across two shifts. The role is ideal for individuals who enjoy baking and have a keen eye for detail and consistency in producing high-quality bakery items.

The Baking & Finishing position involves preparing a variety of baked goods, including donuts, muffins, croissants, and bagels. The baker will be responsible for following recipes accurately, ensuring the products meet quality standards, and working efficiently to meet production schedules. Experience in baking is preferred, as the position requires skill in handling dough and batter preparation, operating baking equipment, and finishing baked goods to perfection.

Working hours are flexible with shifts available in the evening (7:00 PM - 3:00 AM) and early morning (5:30 AM - 1:00 PM), seven days a week, including weekends and holidays, which are mandatory to meet production demands. The ideal candidate will typically work about five shifts per week. Training starts at an hourly rate of $15.00, with the potential for wage increases upon demonstrating the ability to manage a full production independently.
