Job Description

Crumbl is a rapidly growing bakery company renowned for crafting the world's best chocolate chip cookies and a variety of high-quality baked goods. Founded by cousins Jason McGowan and Sawyer Hemsley, Crumbl has quickly become a beloved name in the baking industry by blending traditional baking expertise with innovative recipe testing and customer feedback. The company prides itself on delivering fresh, delicious products while maintaining a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and exceptional service. Crumbl offers a dynamic and inclusive work environment where creativity, precision, and teamwork are valued and cultivated.

The Baker role at Crumbl is an essential position that involves creating high-quality baked goods efficiently and professionally. This role requires a thorough understanding of baking techniques, recipes, and food safety standards to ensure every product meets the company’s famous quality benchmarks. Bakers are responsible for preparing ingredients, producing various bakery items, decorating and displaying finished products, and ensuring the cleanliness and organization of their workstations. Additionally, they engage directly with customers by answering questions, processing orders and payments, and providing an exceptional service experience.

This full-time or part-time position offers competitive hourly pay ranging from $12.00 to $14.00, with the opportunity to earn tips. The successful baker will be a team player with great communication skills, capable of performing quality inspections, managing inventory, and maintaining high hygiene standards in the kitchen environment. Physical stamina is required to handle standing, walking, bending, lifting heavy items, and working in a fast-paced, hot environment.

In addition to a competitive pay structure, employees enjoy benefits such as a flexible work schedule, employee discounts, and opportunities for leadership development to enhance their career growth within the company.
