Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
No prior baking or cooking experience required
Ability to work early morning and varied shifts
Physical stamina to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
Good communication skills
Reliable and punctual work ethic
Ability to follow detailed instructions
Willingness to learn and take initiative

Job Duties

Preparing and baking fresh rolls, bread, pastries, and cakes daily
Assisting with the preparation of breakfast and lunch menus, including traditional German and American dishes
Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen and bakery workspace
Following recipes and ensuring consistency in quality and presentation
Collaborating with the team to meet daily production goals and customer needs
Adhering to food safety and hygiene standards
Managing inventory and ordering baking and cooking supplies as needed
