  • general bakery experience
  • basic understanding of bread-making process
  • ability to work 2 AM - 10 AM schedule reliably
  • physical ability to lift 50 lbs
  • ability to stand for long periods
  • adherence to food safety standards
  • punctuality and dependability

Job Duties

  • Produce and bake breads and buns according to standardized recipes and daily production needs
  • operate mixers, ovens, proofers, and other bakery equipment
  • shape and portion doughs with consistency and accuracy
  • maintain cleanliness and organization in the production area
  • work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • follow all food safety and sanitation standards
