Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
general bakery experience
basic understanding of bread-making process
ability to work 2 AM - 10 AM schedule reliably
physical ability to lift 50 lbs
ability to stand for long periods
adherence to food safety standards
punctuality and dependability

basic bread knowledge
familiarity with dough mixing, shaping, proofing, and baking
ability to follow production schedules and recipe specifications
dependable and punctual
detail-oriented
ability to lift up to 50 lbs
ability to stand for extended periods
team player with strong work ethic and willingness to learn

Job Duties

Produce and bake breads and buns according to standardized recipes and daily production needs
operate mixers, ovens, proofers, and other bakery equipment
shape and portion doughs with consistency and accuracy
maintain cleanliness and organization in the production area
work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
follow all food safety and sanitation standards
