Job Requirements

  • At least two years of experience in a commercial kitchen
  • experience with croissant pastry or bread production
  • skilled with mixers and ovens
  • valid driver’s license
  • ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
  • reliable and communicative
  • able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

  • Prepare croissant pastries and naturally leavened breads
  • operate mixers and ovens efficiently
  • follow recipes and maintain consistency in product quality
  • work early mornings or overnight shifts primarily on weekends
  • assist with deliveries when available
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
  • collaborate with team members to contribute creative input and adapt seasonal menu items
