Job Duties
- Complete all shift duties and closing duties
- handle, store and rotate items properly
- assist in food prep assignments during off-peak periods or as needed
- maintain a clean station and work area throughout day
- follow recipes exact instructions ensuring quality, portion size, cooking time and consistency
- be a team player supporting and assisting fellow team members
- maintain clean uniforms and aprons
- cook and bake only sufficient food in advance to cover expected business volume and maintain quality
