Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior baking or food preparation experience preferred
- Ability to work early morning shifts including 3am to 11am
- Physical stamina to handle standing for long periods and lifting moderately heavy items
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to maintain cleanliness and safety standards
- Flexibility to perform a variety of tasks on the bakery floor as needed
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in baking or a similar bakery role
- Knowledge of proper baking techniques and food safety standards
- Ability to work early morning hours from 3am to 11am

- Good organizational skills to manage inventory and stockroom

- Basic understanding of sanitation procedures
Job Duties
- Bake and finish the companys baked good items including donuts bagels croissants etc
- Execute proper pre-bake baking and post-bake procedures in a timely fashion
- Properly prepare frost fill powder etc all donuts and food products to meet company standards
- Rack all finished items and have them ready for display
- Maintain sanitation health and safety standards in all work areas
- Verify that all prepared food items meet the requirements for quality and quantity
- Clean stock and restock work stations at all times keeping kitchen area clean throughout each shift
- Receive and unpack deliveries twice weekly inspect items for damage tag items and enter them into inventory organize stockroom shelves and place merchandise
- Fill in on the floor as needed adapting to a fast paced environment with a variety of tasks daily
