Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in a bakery or pastry kitchen preferred
  • Ability to work full-time with weekend availability
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks associated with baking
  • Attention to detail and discipline
  • Ability to follow recipes and kitchen protocols consistently
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Strong work ethic

Job Qualifications

  • Formal training in pastry or baking preferred but not required
  • Familiarity with production sheets, scaling, and commercial kitchen equipment
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-concept environment
  • Experience with Toast POS a plus especially for pre-orders or inventory
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team
  • Demonstrated pride and passion for baking

Job Duties

  • Prepare a variety of baked goods including cookies, tarts, laminated pastries, cakes, breads, and seasonal specialties
  • Lead production and execute recipes with consistency and attention to detail
  • Maintain an organized, clean, and efficient station
  • Operate mixers, ovens, sheeters, and other equipment with care and precision
  • Collaborate on recipe refinement and seasonal menu development
  • Communicate clearly across the kitchen and front-of-house teams
  • Uphold kitchen systems for sanitation, labeling, storage, and prep
