Job Requirements
- available for 35+ hours per week including early mornings
- able to work most weekdays and at least one weekend day
- prior commercial baking experience required
- willing to follow specific recipes and bakery techniques
- able to work early morning shifts starting at 5 am
- no pastry degree required but beneficial
- must have good general baking knowledge
Job Qualifications
- experience baking in a commercial kitchen
- knowledge of from-scratch baking techniques
- ability to execute laminated pastries and delicate confections
- familiarity with yeasted doughs, cakes, custards, and pies
- good understanding of recipe following
- willingness to learn and adapt baking methods

Job Duties
- lead morning bake
- execute complex pastries including croissants and macarons
- prepare yeasted doughs, cakes, custards, pies, laminated pastries, and confections
- follow specific recipes and baking methods accurately
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the commercial kitchen
- ensure all baked goods meet quality standards
- assist in inventory management and ingredient preparation
