Job Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older

Job Qualifications

Previous experience in bakery or food service preferred
Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Basic proficiency with digital tools and technology
Customer service experience is advantageous
Physical capability to stand for long periods and multitask efficiently

Job Duties

Collaborate with other associates to build a strong bakery team
Prepare bakery merchandise based on daily production needs by following recipes and operating baking equipment
Wrap, label, and store bakery items according to company policies and food safety standards
Use handheld technology to manage production, ordering, training, and product quality
Maintain a clean, organized, and member-ready bakery area
Assist members with bakery orders and provide exceptional customer service
Comply with company policies, safety guidelines, and ethical standards
