We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Bread Baker Ovens Operator. This is a full-time position with afternoon start times and includes paid training for those who are eager to learn. The role involves essential baking tasks such as proofing, scoring, loading, and unloading bread into commercial ovens. The ideal candidate will have experience in baking, particularly in operating bakery ovens, but we welcome those without experience who are willing to learn the craft. The job requires physical stamina, including the ability to stand, bend, reach, and pull, as well as lifting up to 50 pounds. Additionally, candidates must be comfortable working in front of hot commercial ovens in a fast-paced environment.

As a Bread Baker Ovens Operator, you will be expected to maintain strict adherence to quality standards ensuring every loaf meets our product specifications. The role demands strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively within a team setting.
