Employment with Crumbl Cookies is part-time with flexible scheduling, including early morning, mid-day, and evening/closing shifts. Our base pay starts at $8 per hour, with tips typically adding an additional $3-4 per hour, creating a competitive earning opportunity. Applicants should be at least 18 years of age, have reliable transportation, and be able to lift between 10 to 55 pounds. Prior baking or retail experience is a plus but not required, as we provide thorough training and support.
