Job Description
The Company is looking for a dedicated individual to directly support the Lead Baker, Assistant Executive Pastry Chef, and Executive Pastry Chef. The role involves enforcing initiatives, overseeing production responsibilities, providing service to guests and team members professionally, efficiently, and courteously, and maintaining a clean and attractive environment in line with Company standards and procedures. The position requires the ability to work hands-on in various kitchen environments, handle high-volume production, and bake a variety of pastries according to Station Casinos Standards and Specifications.
