Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Minimum 1 year experience in commercial food preparation or manufacturing
  • At least 6 months baking experience
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Good communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively in a team
  • Ability to operate commercial kitchen equipment
  • Must be able to handle working in an environment with common food allergens and X-ray machines

Job Qualifications

  • 1+ years working in commercial food preparation, manufacturing, production, or warehouse environment
  • 6+ months baking experience
  • Knowledge of pertinent local, federal, and state health and safety laws and regulations
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Fluency in English
  • Good counting and math skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers
  • Comfortable working on a team in a manufacturing facility
  • Ability to uphold a high standard of service, efficiency, sanitation, and safety
  • Possess general knowledge of pastry skills and candy making
  • Comfortable with operating a wide range of commercial kitchen equipment

  • Produce quality inclusions and variegates for ice cream by following recipes and production schedules
  • Maintain strong commitment to food safety and sanitation standards
  • Operate commercial kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
  • Collaborate effectively with production team members in a fast-paced environment
  • Uphold high standards of service, efficiency, and production quality
  • Assist in daily baking tasks and ensure consistency in product output
  • Communicate effectively with co-workers to support team goals
