Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years or older
- able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- available to work varied hours including early mornings and weekends
- able to pass background check as applicable
- possession of valid state driver’s license preferred or required at specific locations
- meet company driving qualifications if driving is involved
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in baking or food preparation is an asset
- ability to work early morning shifts starting as early as 3 AM
- strong multitasking and organizational skills
- team-oriented mindset with excellent communication abilities
- basic knowledge of food safety practices
- commitment to quality and customer satisfaction
Job Duties
- Prepare and bake high-quality bagels and pastries daily
- stock the bagel wall and pastry case to ensure product availability
- assist with order taking and sandwich making to provide excellent guest service
- maintain a safe and clean store environment
- collaborate effectively with team members to meet store operational goals
- adhere to all food safety and sanitation standards
- support other bakery functions as needed
