Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years or older
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work varied hours including early mornings and weekends
- Ability to pass background checks as required by law
- Possession of a valid state-issued driver’s license preferred at certain locations
- Ability to sit, stand, bend, lift, and move intermittently during shifts
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and clean work environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous baking or food preparation experience is beneficial
- Ability to work early morning shifts starting at 3 AM
- Strong multitasking and time management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
- Basic food safety knowledge
- Excellent customer service skills
Job Duties
- Prepare and bake fresh bagels and pastries each morning
- Stock the bagel wall and pastry case to ensure product availability
- Assist with guest service including order taking and sandwich making
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the bakery
- Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality food and beverages
- Manage early morning baking operations starting as early as 3 AM
- Uphold company quality standards and customer satisfaction
