Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years or older
- Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work varied hours and days including early mornings and weekends
- Must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law
- Possession of a current, valid, state issued driver’s license preferred and meet company driving qualifications if required
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move intermittently during working hours
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous baking or food preparation experience a plus
- Ability to work early morning shifts starting as early as 3 AM
- Strong multitasking skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Commitment to maintaining safety and cleanliness standards
Job Duties
- Prepare and bake fresh bagels daily
- Stock the bagel wall and pastry case to ensure quality product availability
- Assist with guest service including order taking and sandwich making
- Maintain a clean and safe store environment
- Collaborate as a team member to uphold food and beverage quality standards
- Operate baking equipment and monitor baking times and temperatures
- Follow safety and sanitation guidelines
