The role demands a calm, efficient approach to peak production times, ensuring that all food items are brought out with the highest quality and safety standards intact.
Compass Group places significant emphasis on safety, health, and sanitation, adhering strictly to OSHA and corporate standards, and expects its Bakers to follow these protocols meticulously. Working in this role will also ensure exposure to a collaborative team environment, where associates are encouraged to communicate effectively with supervisors and customers, fostering an inclusive and supportive workplace.
