Job Requirements
- Prior baking experience is required
- Ability to work full-time Monday through Friday from 5:30 am to 2:00 pm
- Ability to perform essential job functions satisfactorily with or without accommodation
- Willingness to comply with food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Capability to manage peak production periods calmly and accurately

- Capacity to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic record-keeping skills
Job Duties
- Bake breads, pies, cakes, cookies and other pastries per production and catering sheets
- Assist in production planning to meet daily requirements
- Utilize approved recipes and follow production standards
- Maintain food quality, presentation, portion control, and serving temperatures
- Complete production records including waste tracking and product shortages
- Notify supervisor when supplies are low
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of equipment, supplies, and utensils
- Handle food items safely according to regulations
- Clean equipment and workstations thoroughly
- Interact with customers and resolve complaints
- Keep up with peak production effectively
- Ensure food is served per standards
- Follow sanitation and safety principles
- Complete assigned shift work timely
- Perform other duties as assigned
