Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two years of prior professional baking experience preferred
- Ability to follow detailed recipes and production processes
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation practices
- Capacity to work varying shifts with open availability preferred
- Basic communication skills
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and order in the work environment

Job Duties
- Bake breads, pies, cakes, cookies and other pastries as necessary per provided production and catering sheets
- Assist in production planning to meet daily requirements
- Ensure proper food preparation by utilizing approved recipes and following prescribed production standards
- Assist with completion of production records including waste tracking and product shortages
- Maintain sanitation and orderliness of all equipment, supplies and utensils within work area
- Handle food items appropriately adhering to safety regulations during preparation and service
- Clean equipment and workstation thoroughly before leaving
- Interact with customers and resolve complaints in a friendly and service-oriented manner
