Job Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of high volume baking experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work Sunday through Thursday, 10:00 am to 6:30 pm
- Must be able to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation
- Willingness to comply with drug-free workplace policies
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in baking or food production preferred
- Ability to follow recipes and production guidelines accurately
- Strong attention to detail
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure efficiently
- Excellent customer service skills
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Flexibility to work scheduled hours

Job Duties
- Bake breads, pies, cakes, cookies and other pastries as necessary per the provided production and catering sheets
- Assist in production planning to meet daily requirements
- Ensure proper food preparation by utilizing approved recipes, following prescribed production standards and use of proper equipment
- Assist with the completion of production records to include waste tracking, used/unused portions and product shortages
- Inform supervisor when supplies are low
- Ensure proper presentation, food quality, portion control and maintenance of proper serving temperatures
- Maintain sanitation and orderliness of all equipment, supplies and utensils within work area
- Handle food items appropriately and with all safety regulations in mind during preparation and service
- Clean equipment and workstation thoroughly before leaving the area for other assignments
- Keep display equipment clean and free of debris
- Interact with customers and resolve customer complaints in a friendly and customer-service oriented manner
- Relay relevant concerns from customers directly to supervisors
- Consistently exhibit the ability to keep up with peak production and service calmly, accurately and efficiently
- Check to ensure that all food is presented, served and displayed per standards
- Follow principles of sanitation and safety in handling food and equipment, ensuring corporate and OSHA safety standards are followed
- Complete shift work, as assigned, in a timely and thorough manner in accordance with department standards
- Perform other duties as assigned
