Job Requirements
- Previous baking experience required
- ability to follow precise baking recipes
- availability to work Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm
- ability to handle food safely and adhere to OSHA standards
- ability to perform physical tasks associated with baking
- willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
- legal authorization to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- Previous baking experience
- ability to follow recipes and production specifications
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards

- ability to work efficiently under pressure
- good communication skills
- high school diploma or equivalent
Job Duties
- Bake breads, pies, cakes, cookies and other pastries according to production schedules
- assists in production planning to meet daily requirements
- ensures proper food preparation by following approved recipes and production standards
- assists with completion of production records including waste tracking and supply inventory
- ensures proper food presentation, quality, portion control and serving temperature
- maintains sanitation and cleanliness of equipment, supplies and utensils
- handles food safely following safety regulations
- cleans equipment and workstation thoroughly
- interacts with customers and resolves complaints professionally
- works efficiently during peak production and service
- follows sanitation and safety principles including OSHA standards
- completes shift duties timely and thoroughly
- performs other duties as assigned
