Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous baking experience preferred
- valid Food Handler's card preferred
- ability to work a full-time schedule including varying Monday through Friday hours
- ability to handle physical demands of the job including standing for long periods and lifting
- willingness to follow company policies and safety protocols
- ability to communicate effectively with team and supervisors

Job Duties
- Bake breads, pies, cakes, cookies and other pastries as necessary per the provided production and catering sheets
- assist in production planning to meet daily requirements
- ensure proper food preparation by utilizing approved recipes and following production standards
- assist with completion of production records including waste tracking and product shortages
- ensure proper presentation, food quality, portion control and maintenance of serving temperatures
- maintain sanitation and orderliness of all equipment, supplies and utensils
- handle food items appropriately with all safety regulations in mind
- clean equipment and workstation thoroughly
- interact with customers and resolve complaints in a friendly manner
- consistently keep up with peak production calmly and efficiently
- check that all food is presented, served and displayed per standards
- follow principles of sanitation and safety
- complete assigned shift work in a timely and thorough manner
- perform other duties as assigned
