- prior large-volume baking experience
- ability to work full-time with open availability including nights and weekends
- ability to follow recipes and safety standards
- good physical condition to handle baking duties
- ability to operate baking equipment
- excellent attention to detail
- strong organizational skills

Job Duties
- Bake breads, pies, cakes, cookies and other pastries as necessary per the provided production and catering sheets
- assists in production planning to meet daily requirements
- ensures proper food preparation by utilizing approved recipes and prescribed production standards
- assists with completion of production records including waste tracking and product shortages
- maintains proper food quality, portion control, and serving temperatures
- maintains sanitation and orderliness of equipment, supplies, and utensils within work area
- handles food items appropriately following safety regulations
- cleans equipment and workstation thoroughly
- interacts with customers and resolves complaints in a friendly manner
- keeps up with peak production and service efficiently
- checks food presentation and display standards
- follows sanitation and safety principles and OSHA standards
- completes shift work in a timely manner
- performs other duties as assigned
