Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior baking experience preferred
- ability to follow recipes and production guidelines
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- capacity to maintain a clean and organized workspace
- strong communication skills
- ability to work full-time Monday through Friday with varying hours
- legal authorization to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- Prior experience preparing baked goods according to recipes and production specifications preferred
- ability to follow detailed baking procedures
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- ability to work efficiently during peak production times
- excellent customer service and communication skills
- ability to maintain cleanliness and safety in the work environment
Job Duties
- Bake breads, pies, cakes, cookies, and other pastries per production and catering sheets
- assist in production planning to meet daily requirements
- ensure proper food preparation by following approved recipes and production standards
- maintain sanitation and orderliness of equipment and work area
- assist with completion of production records including waste tracking and inventory management
- ensure proper food presentation, quality, and portion control
- interact with customers and resolve complaints in a friendly, customer-service oriented manner
