Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior baking experience preferred
  • ability to follow recipes and production guidelines
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
  • capacity to maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to work full-time Monday through Friday with varying hours
  • legal authorization to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • Prior experience preparing baked goods according to recipes and production specifications preferred
  • ability to follow detailed baking procedures
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • ability to work efficiently during peak production times
  • excellent customer service and communication skills
  • ability to maintain cleanliness and safety in the work environment

Job Duties

  • Bake breads, pies, cakes, cookies, and other pastries per production and catering sheets
  • assist in production planning to meet daily requirements
  • ensure proper food preparation by following approved recipes and production standards
  • maintain sanitation and orderliness of equipment and work area
  • assist with completion of production records including waste tracking and inventory management
  • ensure proper food presentation, quality, and portion control
  • interact with customers and resolve complaints in a friendly, customer-service oriented manner
