Job Requirements
- Prior baking experience is required
- ability to work full-time Monday through Friday 5:00 am to 1:30 pm
- ability to follow recipes and production standards
- physical ability to handle baking equipment and stand for extended periods
- adherence to safety regulations including use of protective gloves and slip-resistant shoes
- excellent communication skills

Job Duties
- Bake breads, pies, cakes, cookies and other pastries as necessary per the provided production and catering sheets
- assist in production planning to meet daily requirements
- ensure proper food preparation by utilizing approved recipes and following prescribed production standards
- assist with completion of production records including waste tracking, used/unused portions and product shortages
- ensure proper presentation, food quality, portion control and maintenance of proper serving temperatures
- maintain sanitation and orderliness of all equipment, supplies and utensils within work area
- handle food items appropriately with all safety regulations during preparation and service
- clean equipment and workstations thoroughly before leaving the area
- interact with customers and resolve complaints in a friendly manner
- exhibit ability to keep up with peak production calmly and efficiently
- follow principles of sanitation and safety ensuring corporate and OSHA standards are met
- complete shift work timely and thoroughly
- perform other duties as assigned
