Job Duties
- Bake breads, pies, cakes, cookies and other pastries per production and catering sheets
- assist in production planning to meet daily requirements
- ensure proper food preparation using approved recipes and production standards
- maintain sanitation and orderliness of equipment and work area
- handle food items following safety regulations
- clean equipment and workstations thoroughly
- interact with customers and resolve complaints
- track production records including waste and product shortages
- ensure proper presentation, portion control, and serving temperatures
- follow corporate and OSHA safety standards
- complete shift work timely and thoroughly
- perform other duties as assigned
