Job Duties

  • assist with bakery production including thawing, mixing, proofing, and baking or frying products
  • maintain proper production levels while following production guidelines
  • assist with inventory receiving duties
  • order frozen and dry products as needed
  • organize freezers and coolers to ensure efficient storage
  • uphold quality and safety standards in bakery operations
  • collaborate with team members to ensure timely and consistent production
