Job Duties
- assist with bakery production including thawing, mixing, proofing, and baking or frying products
- maintain proper production levels while following production guidelines
- assist with inventory receiving duties
- order frozen and dry products as needed
- organize freezers and coolers to ensure efficient storage
- uphold quality and safety standards in bakery operations
- collaborate with team members to ensure timely and consistent production
